Laureata in Matematica, nel 2004 inizia il suo percorso in Nike sfruttando le sue qualità logiche deduttive e di analisi. Comincia ad occuparsi di piccola contabilità e dà supporto alla gestione del personale, fino ad arrivare ad essere la Responsabile dell’Amministrazione e del Personale, un punto di riferimento per tutti i dipendenti, clienti e fornitori.

Dopo la laurea in lingue e letterature straniere e aver lavorato nel campo delle traduzioni e degli eventi, nel 2005 entra in Nike come supporto all’amministrazione e alla segreteria fino a dedicarsi all’organizzazione aziendale e ai corsi di formazione professionale. E’ Responsabile del Sistema di Gestione Qualità e del Sistema Integrato.
